The Certification Process

Acquiring a medical cannabis card in Pennsylvania does not get any easier than this. When you come to our clinics, you will be treated with the attention and respect you deserve. Qualifying Patients

In order to get a Pennsylvania medical marijuana certification and legally purchase marijuana derived products from dispensaries, the following qualifications must be met.

  • Register for the program via the Medical Marijuana Registry
  • Have a physician certification for a qualifying condition
  • Fees must be paid for a medical marijuana ID card

  • Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain

Step 1: Schedule an Appointment

Schedule an appointment with us at 888-372-0325 or schedule online to start your evaluation process! We will answer any questions you have about the evaluation process. We will also explain the need for your medical records documenting a qualifying condition and if necessary, obtain the records for you with a signed medical release form.

Step 2: Physician Consultation & Certification

When you arrive for your appointment, our staff will provide you with our intake forms. Once completed, you will then meet with the physician. The physician will review your records, perform an exam, discuss your condition and history, and answer any questions you have regarding medical marijuana. If you have a qualifying condition, and medical marijuana is appropriate the physician will approve your certification.

Step 3: Get Your Medical Marijuana Card

Upon processing and approval of your submitted application, the state Department of Health (DOH) will send out your Medical Marijuana card, which you will receive by mail. Once received, the will allow you to purchase medical marijuana at a licensed Pennsylvania dispensary of your choice.
