Our mission is to inspire hope in others and contribute to the overall health of our community by providing the best care, service, and education to every patient in a kind and compassionate manner.

We serve our patients through every step in the entire process of getting a medical cannabis card, allowing them to focus on their health and loved ones instead. Come discover how we are re-imagining health and wellness at Compassionate Clinics of America.

Our story began in 2017 with a simple goal to help people in our neighborhood improve their health and quality of life. Having seen the positive impact cannabis has had on others, we decided to contribute to the health of our community by opening the doors to our Deerfield Clinic, on December 20th, 2018.

With enthusiasm to spread the word, people quickly discovered our services and we developed a reputation for providing the very best care, education, and products for patients seeking alternative treatments.  Today, we proudly serve people across multiple states and clinic locations!

To help one more person discover, and experience the powerful benefits of medical cannabis. We have seen the capabilities of this medicine first hand, and know the real difference it can make in people’s lives. That is why it is our mission to make medical cannabis a readily available treatment for patients in need.

Above all else, the commitment to our patients goes far beyond their application process. With our focus toward a holistic approach in health and wellness, our team is dedicated to helping people achieve therapeutic success through education, workshop events, and a wide array of services provided by our team of experienced doctors and professionals. In addition, we offer CBD and Hemp-based products for patients who would like to experience the benefits of cannabis without a medical card, or the intoxicating effects.

Joseph Mazza

For Joseph, CCA has finally combined his personal passions with his business life. He played varsity hockey in high school and college, which caused a lifetime of nagging sports injuries and a concussive syndrome that left him at the mercy of opiates. Doctors at the time had no other options to offer him.
With a background as Chief Technology Officer and a reputation for maintaining clients for 15 to 20 years or more as an executive with one of the largest travel company in the US, Joseph saw an opportunity when Illinois legalized medical marijuana. Finally able to manage his symptoms with medicine that actually worked, he founded CCA to be able to educate patients about other options and provide access to those options by connecting certifying physicians and patients.
